Outreach & Data Notice

This page explains why a business contact may receive a message from HRX, what information may be used and how to stop further outreach.

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Why you may have received a message

HRX may contact a limited number of people whose role and company appear relevant to a specific market, sourcing, supply-chain or business-development question. The first message should identify HRX, explain the company-specific reason for contact and offer a small written next step.

HRX does not intend to send indiscriminate bulk campaigns or repeatedly contact people who have objected.

How a contact may be selected

A human reviewer may identify a business-relevance signal such as:

A trade record or public company statement is treated as a lead for further verification, not proof of current intent, capacity, approval or willingness to engage.

Information that may be used

Possible sources

Sources may include official or public registries, company websites, professional directories or networks, trade associations, event and exhibitor pages, public news, referrals, and lawfully available B2B, customs or trade-data services.

Purpose

The purpose is to offer relevant B2B market research, desktop screening, written RFQ or outreach support, monitoring or business introduction. Information is not used to claim that a person or company has agreed to buy, sell, respond or enter a transaction.

Legal basis and country-specific rules

Where permitted, HRX may consider legitimate interests for relevant B2B communication after assessing necessity and the person’s rights and expectations. Where consent or another requirement applies, HRX should not rely on legitimate interests as a substitute.

Rules differ by country and by whether the recipient is a corporate body, an individual, a sole trader or another protected subscriber type.

Your right to object or opt out

You may ask HRX not to contact you again for marketing or business-development purposes. Reply to the message or email cecilia@hrx-internationtrade.com.

After an opt-out, HRX may keep only the minimum information needed on a suppression list to avoid contacting you again.

Access, correction or source request

You may request information about the data held, its source, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. Email the address above with enough detail to identify the relevant record.

No solely automated decision with legal effect

HRX may use internal scoring to prioritize research or outreach, but the standard process requires human review. HRX does not make a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects for the contact.
